This Scan to BIM project involved the comprehensive documentation of a four-storey property, approximately 800 m², to support renovation, coordination, and design development.

A one-day on-site survey using Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) captured high-density point cloud data, which was then processed into a Building Information Model (LOD 300) over the course of three working days. The model reflects key architectural and structural elements in sufficient detail for design coordination.
