This project involved the high-precision 3D documentation of a multi-storey property located in Camden Town area in London. The aim was to provide a comprehensive digital record to support ongoing architectural design, planning, and refurbishment efforts.

The survey was carried out using terrestrial laser scanning to produce a dense and accurate point cloud, ensuring full spatial coverage of interior and exterior elements. Additionally, 360° panoramic imagery was captured to complement visual references throughout the documentation process.

The resulting point cloud data was processed and used to generate a detailed Building Information Model (BIM) at LOD 300, exported in IFC format. The BIM model offers structured geometry, and spatial accuracy, providing a solid foundation for interdisciplinary coordination and future renovations.

Deliverables:

  • High-resolution point cloud (.rcp / .e57)

  • 360° photographic walkthrough

  • BIM model (.IFC) at LOD 300
