This project involved a detailed scan-to-BIM survey of a listed property located in Larnaca. The building was in very poor condition, with significant structural deterioration and visible damage, which made accurate documentation essential for any future restoration efforts. Using high-precision 3D laser scanning, we captured the existing state of the property, creating a comprehensive digital record that reflects its complex geometry and current state of decay.

The collected data was processed to produce an accurate BIM model LOD300), facilitating the assessment and planning phases for restoration. This model provides architects and conservation specialists with precise dimensions and spatial relationships, enabling informed decision-making and detailed design development.

Deliverables:

  • Point cloud data in *.rcp format

  • BIM model in IFC format (LOD 300)

  • 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) extracted from the BIM model

  • Photographic documentation
