This project involved the 3D documentation of Panayia Trapeza, a historic church located in the village of Acheritou, within the occupied part of the Famagusta district. The aim was to create an accurate digital record of the monument’s architectural form and current state of preservation, supporting future conservation and academic research.

Our Contribution:
Cloudy.Works performed a full Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) survey of the site, producing a high-resolution point cloud of the church and surrounding architectural features.

From the scanned data, we generated:

  • 2D CAD drawings (plans, sections, elevations)

  • High-resolution orthophotos of facades and key elements

  • A detailed 3D point cloud model for spatial reference and further analysis

This documentation provides a foundation for conservation planning, digital archiving, and continued study of one of the region’s lesser-known yet historically significant religious structures.
