This project involved the detailed documentation of a listed building through 3D laser scanning and the production of 2D CAD drawings. The aim was to capture the architectural character and current condition of the structure with high precision, supporting future conservation and design work.

Our Contribution:
Using Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS), we produced a dense 3D point cloud of the building’s interior and exterior. From this, we generated:

• Accurate 2D CAD drawings (plans, sections, elevations)

• High-resolution orthophotos of façades, sections and key interior areas

• A clean, navigable point-cloud model for further spatial analysis

The building spans approximately 800 m² and includes a complex layout with heritage architectural elements, all captured within ±2 mm accuracy.
